Free School Meals (FSM) vouchers scheme.

Following the Department for Education's announcement that vouchers would be available to all families eligible for Free School Meals (FSM), we have been contacting families to make arrangements for delivering vouchers.

E-mail addresses

The easiest method to deliver vouchers is via an e-mail address. Where possible, we have spoken with families and collected an up-to-date e-mail address. If we were unable to get in touch, we have used your child's school e-mail address and written to you with instructions on how to access the vouchers. If this is the case for your family, please get in touch and update our records by e-mailing

Claiming your vouchers

There are two types of vouchers that we have distributed to families:

Birmingham City Council Vouchers

Department for Education Vouchers (sent via EdenRed)

Two sets of vouchers have been issued by Birmingham City Council. This was an interim whilst we were waiting for the Government to deliver a national solution.

From now on, all FSM vouchers will continue to be issued via EdenRed. This is the Government's national solution to issuing vouchers.
