Primary Parent's Evening

Please enter an introduction for your news story here.

Dear Parents/Carers,

Before the end of this term, we will be arranging our second Parents Evening of the year. Normally, we would invite you into school and talk to you about your child’s progress and discuss whether there is anything you can do to support the home school partnership.

Once again, due to the current situation and for everyone’s safety we are unable to proceed as normal this term.  However, we do feel that it is important to communicate with you about how things are going with your child so far this term. For this reason, we have planned for Parents Evening to take place in the form of a telephone meeting/discussion. It is therefore, essential that we have the correct telephone number that you wish to be contacted on. Be aware that the incoming call will appear as a blocked number and if you miss the call, it may prove difficult to rearrange. If you require translation, please let us know prior to the meeting.

To support this process, the discussion will be structured as follows: your child’s progress and next steps, summary of behaviour, attitude and personal development and how you can support us in supporting your child. The meeting will close with an opportunity for you to ask any questions that you may have.

We will operate an appointment system and each appointment will last up to 10 minutes. Unfortunately, appointments will not be able to exceed the 10 minutes as this will impact on other scheduled appointments.  Dates available for appointments will be on Tuesday 23rd and Wednesday 24th March 3:15-6:00. Your child’s class teacher will liaise with you during the welfare calls in week beginning 1st March. All appointments should be confirmed by the end of that week.

Yours sincerely,

Mrs Dosanjh

Head of School Primary
