Dear Parents and Carers,

We are writing to let you know about a change to the date of our Year 11 Prom.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have had to reschedule the event. The Prom, which was due to take place on Monday 29th June, will now be held on Thursday 16th July from 5:30pm to 8:30pm.

We appreciate that many families may already have begun making arrangements and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this change may cause. However, by moving the event, we can ensure that our Year 11 students enjoy the memorable and special celebration they deserve as they mark the end of this important chapter in their school journey.

The Prom is always a highlight of the year, providing an opportunity for students to come together, celebrate their achievements, reflect on the friendships they have made, and create lasting memories before moving on to their next adventures. We are looking forward to sharing this occasion with them and making it a truly enjoyable evening.

All other arrangements remain the same, and we kindly ask that you update your calendars with the new date and time.

Thank you for your understanding, flexibility, and continued support. We look forward to celebrating the accomplishments of our wonderful Year 11 students on Thursday 16th July.
