Dear Parents and Carers,

I am writing to inform you that the school will close early for all students in Years 7–13 at 2.00pm on Wednesday 30 September 2026.

This early closure is to allow staff to prepare for our Open Evening, which will take place later that day.

Please ensure that appropriate arrangements are made for your child to leave school at 2.00pm. If your child is unable to leave school at this time, please email enquiry@waverley.bham.sch.uk to request alternative arrangements.

Please note that Primary pupils in Reception to Year 6 are not affected by the early closure and will finish at their usual time.
